Debt Recovery Executive
Full TimePassionate executives ready to keep track of accounts to detect outstanding debts and plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments are suitable for the post. They should locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status. When necessary, they should negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans. In addition to this, they should handle questions or complaints, Investigate and resolve discrepancies, and update account status. On regular intervals, they may alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay and comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
Business Development Executive/Tele Sales
Full TimeWe are looking for young executives to contact potential customers and inform them about our products/services using scripts. They should be able to handle queries on company, product, and customer requirements. They should closely engage with the customer to understand customer requirements, collect customer databases and handle grievances. Accurate order processing, Tracking of sales, Facilitation of future sales should be managed by the candidate. All in all we want someone to go an “extra-mile’’ to meet company sales targets.
